The wish of the owners of the gym and their overriding aim is to create a fun and safe environment for everyone to train.
We are committed to running a variety of classes to suit all types of person. This varies from full time athletes to 2 year old children who want to explore movement.
We offer a 'family' run studio that promotes a friendly atmosphere. Lessons are set in a private or group setting.
Martial Arts are fun and offer a healthy way to express creative thought and movement.
An individual will be taught the essential tools to succeed with BJJ that has many positive contributions outside of the studio.

Adam Kiely - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Adam is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black Belt who regularly competes in tournaments. He has competed at all belt levels from white through to black.
He has a passion for BJJ and the positive effects it can have on confidence, lifestyle and fitness.
Ruslan Neiland - Sambo
Ruslan Neiland is a 1st degree Black Belt sambo player fighting at an international level. He represents the British Sambo Federation in the Dorset area.
He not only competes in sambo but also in judo, BJJ, and freestyle wrestling.
His rank in other Marshall Arts: Fist degree Black Belt in traditional jiu-jitsu, Black Belt in BJJ, Green belt in Judo.
He offers 1 to 1 private session or small group classes for Adults and still trains in Sambo, Judo and BJJ.
Dave Waters - Submission Grappling & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Dave is a Black Belt in BJJ & is experienced in Mixed Martial Arts. He has experience in professional competitive BJJ in the UK & abroad.
